Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we hope that you are happy with your order. Although they are rare, we understand that issues arise so please read our returns policy carefully.
Since our products are made to order and our manufacturing partner cannot restock them, we address returns on a case-by-case basis within 30 days after the product has been received.
Any claims for misprinted, defective or damaged items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Such claims must be submitted with photos of the misprint/defect/damage via email to firstname.lastname@example.org for consideration. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If customers notice an issue with the product(s) or anything else on the order, please reach out to email@example.com.
On average, it takes 2-5 days to create a product and fulfill an order. Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination. Customers will receive an email with tracking information once an order is fulfilled and sent out for shipping.
Please note that if you are ordering multiple items at once that they may arrive in separate shipments.
The return address is set by default to one of our manufacturer’s facilities. We will do our best to inform customers of returned shipments as promptly as possible when our partners receive a returned shipment. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.
Wrong Address – If the customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our partner’s facility. The customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our partner’s facility and the customer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
